Going Camping!!!!

I am leaving in the morning to go camping... I am really excited!!!! I made a batch of oopsie rolls last night for hamburger buns (I made enough for two on each pile to see if I can get them "poofier" to hold up better for a couple of days and they look almost exactly like hamburger buns!) and I made 2 in mini-loaf pans for sandwiches. I got lots of sugar free jerkey/pepperoni for snacks My hubby bought chips cookies and muffins so it'll be difficult but I can do it. I've never gone camping and NOT had Costco muffins for breakfast and chips with lunch and dinner... I also made some dehydrated veggie chips for myself... Now I just need my own ice box so that our friends don't eat my food

So anyhow, I'll be offline until Tuesday.... Have a great weekend everyone and I will update you when I return... I think I may even lose weight while I'm gone because I'll be hiking/swimming like 24 hours a day AND keeping with this WOE!!!!!
