| Yeah this same thing happened to me and it took me a while to figure out why my weightloss was stalled. I wasn't consuming enough calories. If you're not consuming enough food your body will go into starvation mode. What are your stats? 1300 calories sounds awful low, at least it's too low for me and I'm 5'2" and weight 177. | Well, not eating enough fat could stall your weight loss. You need to eat enough fat in order to stay in ketosis. I'm not 100% sure about calories. I know it's common to consume fewer calories once you're in ketosis (as your appetite decreases) but I've never heard anything about a specific number.

| just curious if you know why this is? i'm really inerested....if i dont have any carbs in my body, how if i do not eat e nough fat, will my body go into ketosis? will it burn protein instead? |
