| Hello, tisshab! I don't think we've met before but it's great to meet you since we have similar start dates and we're the same height! Many days I thought I was doing really great but now I know my measurements may have been off which meant I was eating more carbs when I thought I may have been UNDER carbs. I don't have a scale to weigh what I eat so it can be tricky. Cheese can be tricky too unless you put grated cheese in a measuring cup every time you eat it. *sigh* One slice is easy to count, adding a sprinkle of grated Cheddar to your morning eggs is not. LOL I need to dive back into the recipes too since most of them have the carb counts. okay, I'm realllly talkative today for some reason. Oh and I'm trying NOT to get too down on myself today...it's TOM in 2 days...so I know that is impacting my weight loss a smidge. oh, oh ...and I found that we are having that Yeast issue too! haha!So I'm on the lookout for the vinegar we need and the Oil of Oregano capsules... Can you say all at once? ![]() But I'm a trooper!!! I AM! |

| First off you are a trooper just for sticking with the program! We all have slip ups. Mine has been the stupid crystal light! lol Measuring without a food scale really does stink. I don't have one either but I'm going to invest in one next week! |

| thank you! I stopped Crystal Light before starting Atkins because I had a feeling that would mess me up. I GUZZLED that stuff before! I drink lots of iced tea now but I make sure it's decaf. |
