| That is certainly a HUGE bonus to this way of eating. I agree that I can tell what foods are my issues and cause "cravings" and which ones I don't have to worry about eating.

| hi jakey, i too am a huge binger.. and feeling full all the time (not stuffed but satisfied) is a very strange feeling... and altho some things dont change right away.. last sunday i had a huge hunger.. i binged, but ya know what? i binged on induction legal foods and 2 days later i was down 1 pound.. ?? ever hear of losing weight after a binge ?? keep up the good work and you can do it ! |

| I agree! Other times I've tried to lose weight, I would always get obsessive about food, what can I eat next, etc. Plus I went around hungry all the time, like a big hole inside which could never be filled, and feeling so deprived and miserable. Now, I really don't feel deprived or hungry whatsoever! This rocks!!!

| I definetly agree with you. I used to bake chocolate chip cookies and eat them while they were still warm. I'd limit myself to how many I should have but never stuck with it. Now I can make them and I don't eat any, and I don't stress about it. I'll have a class of water or sugar free ice tea and sip that while I'm baking and never eat a cookie. Amazng even to me

| I was just thinking the exact same thing now - I was looking at my fitday food logs and thinking, wow, I must have cut my calories to 1/4 (or less) of what I was previously eating and i'm never hungry! I'm always satisfied. Content. Comfortable. What a great feeling! I thought I would never feel like this again. |
