| Sounds good to me... the rule of thumb I hear a lot on this board is 8 8oz glasses per day plus an extra 8 oz for every 25 pounds you wish to lose. I drink right around 120-150 oz a day so I certainly think what the trainer told you is decent advice. At the VERY least you should get your 64 ounces but the more water the better and I lose faster when I really push the water

| I also heard about drinking half your weight in ounces of water. That's what I do. |
