Question Canada Dry

In addition to my gazillion gallons of water, is it ok for me to drink Canada Dry, no Cals, No Sodium, lemon lime twist sparkling seltzer water to change it up a bit?

Also - bday party with homemade brownies at work today. I came, I sang - I refused brownies. Simply stated I can't eat sugar. Worked like a charm, no questions asked. Cheers!

I have a Canada Dry Ginger Ale (diet) and scotch (ie: whiskey ginger) once or twice a month. Learned about the drink from some East German doctors in Vietnam. My favorite drink next to Kentucky boubon and branch!

Taken in "moderation" the diet soda never causes me to stall, but then that's me and not everyone has the same result. Most anything that is not on the list of high gylcemic index foods will have little or no negative effect if taken in limited amounts. My $.02.

Remember that the diet pop counts towards your allowed sweetners of the day and that for some it causes stalls and/or cravings so listen to your body to see what it does for you...everyone is different. And no alcohol until the alcohol rung...I know...I'm a killjoy...LOL!

It is just a list of all the high sugar, high carb, high starch foods we need to avoid, ie: sugar, potatoes, flour, cakes, candy, etc. Not "magical" just not Atkins friendly!
