Kroger has them for under $2/bag, but some have maltodextrose so read the label and make sure it's just oil and pork. Ground up and mixed with parmesean they are by far the best 'breading' for frying I've found.

Usually they only have pork and salt, but sometimes they can have chilli powder or whatever flavor you want.

You want to avoid anything with sugar, so the cinnamon twist ones are out but you can make your own variation of them with cinnamon and splenda on plain pork rinds
I'm so glad I don't like cinnamon flavored pork rinds. I LOVE the spicy and the regular kind.

Golden Flake (which may be a southern regional brand) makes a pretty good pork rind, and their BBQ flavor is good, albeit a little (!) salty. A mitt full of those washed down with a Diet Rite is a nice treat, now and again The plain ones are good with a little dip of salsa and sour cream (very little) ... *slurp*

I used to eat pork rinds as a kid. But I stopped eating them. Now that I'm on Atkins, I'm going to start buying them again. My husband loves them (even though he isn't doing Atkins).

If you crave a crunchy cheese snack, first spray the pork rinds with butter spray on both sides. In a gallon bag, add White Cheddar popcorn seasoning (0 carbs). Toss in pork rinds already sprayed, and enjoy.

I also do this with the Ranch flavored popcorn seasoning, which is also carb free.

I keep the cinnamon ones handy for an emergency "sweet" treat.
