Default Happily moving on to extended induction

Hello!
I started induction on August 7th and have lost 9.5 lbs. Yeah! I lost most of my weigh in the first week then it slowed down a little. I am quite happy though. I am finally free of constantly thinking of food. I think that has been the best part. I still have a ways to go to accomplish my goal but I know that I will get there. I go on this site almost everyday and it has been Super helpful in keeping me sane and yet motivated.
You you in extended induction!
Many Thanks!

good job! Don't stay in extended induction too long. There are lessons to learn on the rungs that you need to learn before you get to maintenance to have a greater chance of keeping the weight off. The first rung is only 5 more carbs of veggies. Not too scary at all!!

Thanks Elsie,

I am a little scared to start going up the rungs but I am excited to eventually add some variety to my menu.

Thanks again!

come here often and read everything.. it helps with motivation.. also measure measure measure (your body not the food) you will find yourself losing inches even if the scale doesnt move so drastically.... i notices this morning my bra getting looser... my bra?? so i measured and my bra is a 44 but my torso is 40

need to go shopping.. now thats incentive
