| good job! Don't stay in extended induction too long. There are lessons to learn on the rungs that you need to learn before you get to maintenance to have a greater chance of keeping the weight off. The first rung is only 5 more carbs of veggies. Not too scary at all!!

| come here often and read everything.. it helps with motivation.. also measure measure measure (your body not the food) you will find yourself losing inches even if the scale doesnt move so drastically.... i notices this morning my bra getting looser... my bra?? so i measured and my bra is a 44 but my torso is 40 need to go shopping.. now thats incentive |
