| If that is the amount of food that satisfies your hunger and you aren't "stuffed", then that is the correct amount for you. If you look at the recipes in the back of the book, the egg servings are 1-2 eggs and the meat servings are 3-9 ounces.

| you are doing great !! as long as you are not stuffing yourself or starvig yourself.. you will find the appetite goes down also... which is a plus |

| Thanks for the advice guys, I think that I will reduce the meat portion sizes down a little bit - that way if im still hungry after i finish my dinner I can always have a bit more. Weighed myself this morning (day 5) and I have actually lost just under 7lbs!! Amazing! Ive also lost almost 2 inches from my waist, which is great but all my jeans are falling down!! Love this WOE!! Thanks |
