| The one thing I love about Atkins is that you don't have to feel like you are starving. If I'm hungry, I eat something. It doesn't give you license to see how many steaks you can eat in one sitting, but to eat until I'm pleasantly full, not stuffed is a good feeling! You will get to a point where food isn't the big deal it used to be. I used to be someone who ate breakfast wondering how long it would be until lunch, but now I can actually get busy and forget it's getting to be lunchtime! Welcome!

| Indeed, before Atkins I used to eat breakfast and 2 hours later was starving just wishing that lunchtime would come soon. Now that Atkins has seriously changed the way I'm eating for the better, I sometimes eat breakfast and have to force myself to eat 6 hours later just because I'm not that hungry.
