| The way I understand it, you are losing excess water weight due to entering ketosis. From my experience, that is the sure sign you are entering ketosis. Stay focused and stay committed! Regards, - Minofex1

| Yes, it is normal to 'go' a lot. You will adjust a bit, but you will still keep up a pretty good output, as you keep up your fluids. Atkins is a natural diuretic. If you are going frequently, that is fine, and if your urine is light in color, you are doing well on your water. It is freaky at first, but you get used to the frequency. | Yup. I am going a lot. I actually like it though....not in THAT way...but I know I am getting rid of bad things my body doesn't want!

| I have been constantly today, I rarely go normally (which I know is dreadful especially as I drink (or rather drunk :0)) so much diet coke) - I keep thinking of the added activity of getting up from my desk and visiting the ladies too -its all good!!! |
