| For me, personally, I have done a lot of reading up on the atkins bars. They stall some people, they don't stall others. While on induction I would avoid them but if you really want to see if they work for you - you may have to be willing to stall your weight-loss.

| The bars are not induction friendly - they contain too many non induction legal ingredients. Maybe give us a daily menu sample and we will be able to tell you what you can tweak if anything. As well as some stats - height - how much you have to lose etc. However, it is not unusual to see a pause in loss second or third week - so hang in there.
