| We do understand and when you newbies share triumphs with us semi newbies and those old pros... you remind us how we all are making the best decision for our health and wellbeing to be living the low carb lifestyle. Take it from me, even though I have stalled slightly this week I know I will never look down at a huge plate of pasta again or gorge on mashed potatoes and gravy, the cost of doing so was far too high, and the payoff to making the change to Low Carbing is PRICELESS.
