| Probably caffeine withdrawal. Powerful stuff caffeine. Kudos to you for eliminating it. Take some Tylenol - ride it out.

| Thanks Liv! I haven't taken any painkillers. I am trying to ignore it but it is getting worse!! Its all my own doing - let food run my life - and you know what they say NO PAIN NO GAIN! Quite scary how just one day without makes me feel like this - what on earth was I doing to myself!!!!! Thanks for replying! |

| First thing I thought was "caffeine withdrawl" as well - it won't last too long, I promise. Been through it myself - I used to drink a 6-pack of coke plus about 5 cups of coffee a day before I quit it cold turkey. Good luck with everything. |
