| I think ideal weight is a weight within healthy range that you feel good at. For 5 2 (which I am too) it could be anywhere from 103 lbs to 136 (or 46 to 59 kg) or around there. I want to get down to 57 but that is me. I am older and I like curvy. Great that you joined the abs challenge Mummy. Exercise will help with toning.

| Well..Irish was saying how fitday says between 101-130. So you say you have been overweight for a long time. You have had a kid. These things affect your body. I can't pick for you. But if I was going to I would pick between 125-130. Like I said you can always put a goal meant and then set another one. My goal is higher because I have had a couple of kids...am a lot older than you...been overweight for almost 20 years and have PCOS. So 150 is something I think is realistic for me...not my dream weight...but realistic. You can do this!
