| Try upping your veggie carbs for a day or two. For some people the process goes too fast and they have to slow it down, and I loaned my book and can't find the page for you... I think it is either 129 or 140. Dr. Atkins said sometimes in order to feel alright a person might need to up a few carbs for just a day or two while they adjust, extra veggies or even nuts. For those with this problem, nuts are not a cheat. I don't have a good idea of what you are eating, but if by any chance you are not eating very many veggies at all, that would likely be your culprit. If you are getting your '3 cups a day,' then you just might need more temporarily.
