| What foods can be eaten on Induction? Here is the induction foods list, and yes, Splenda sweetened sodas are allowed, don't overdo them. Can't say how long your goal will take you to reach... but a journey of a thousand miles begins with a step, you know? Get out and get active, exercise makes a big difference. You are cute as can be, don't let anyone...(I mean ANYone) get you down. You were a healthy weight in these pics.. rockin' those stripes, girl.. they would be good 'goal pics.'
