| Congrats on the 6lbs and finishing up week 1! The weight loss does slow down week 2 and on, its normal. Keep in mind too if you are really kicking up the excercise to take measurements every 2 weeks, if you don't see a loss on the scale and have been excercising its possible you have lost inches! |

| 6 pounds in less than 1 week is great. The second week is much slower usually. The average person loses 5-10% of the weight they need to during induction so you are already ahead of schedule! Do take your measurements and be patient grasshopper...LOL!

| Thanks! I had my husband take my measurements today...so hopefully there will be a decrease in those numbers next week! I plan on doing 30min of cardio m-f, with some light weights, sit-ups, squats, lunges, and easy stuff like that. I need to tone up too... not just lose weight! I hate feeling jiggly! lol |
