Default help with breakfast!

Eggs are starting to nauseate me... I've made them many different ways. Any ideas for breakfast?? I used to love fruit in the morning..
I've only started [again] 1 week ago & already I'm getting discouraged.
Guess eating dinner for breakfast is ok... right?

Absolutely!

There is no such thing as a 'breakfast only' food on Atkins - eat whatever you fancy as long as you are eating to the allowed list for whichever phase of Atkins you have reached.

Many of us make extra 'leftovers' when making our evening meal so we have something tasty to eat at breakfast.

Yes, finding breakfasts foods can be a challenge. I say stick with it. I read a post on here during my first week of induction that stated Eggs have become my donuts..... I thought..yeah right!....sure they have!

Guess what? It happens! I have become such an egg lover they really have become as tempting and delicious as people say they will. With this lifestyle your taste buds change and you learn to truly love the foods on the plan.

Have you tried the mock danish in the recipe section. They are really yummy! Of course they are made with eggs! LOL

When I want a break from eggs, I make a bacon, lettuce and cheese "sandwich" using a romaine leaf with a little mayo as the bread. If you get the pre-cooked bacon, it's even easier and faster.

Certainly you can eat dinner for breakfast. Leftovers are great! MMMmm..Cauliflower pizza. But speaking of eggs...did you try the Oopsie rolls? Opens up a whole new world...LOL. BLT's, Tuna 'sandwich', hamburger with a 'bun'. You can find the recipe actually two different ones in the link in my sig line.

I know my hubby got tired of the eggs all the time too. He started going in reverse...he eats evening meal in the AM. And actually he had me make a egg bake for him one evening. Maybe it has something to do with the time of day.

I on the other hand am like so many. I love the egg. Sometimes I feel like I am eating to many of them. I could easily eat six a day if I didnt feel guilty about it.

Have you ever made the low carb lasagna that is out there? It is awesome and great for breakfast.
