| Congratulations on making it through Day 3, today is my third day as well. Where did you find the faux sweet potato recipe, I've been trying to find it but I can't. |

| Can't remember where I found the recipe. Basically you just buy a can of pumpkin - no pumpkin pie filling Heat it up and add cream and butter to it and season as desired. Quite nice! You can do the same idea with cauliflower - Boil or steam it and then puree it, return to pot and heat a little to eliminate some of the moisture. Add your butter, cream and other things like seasonings, onion, garlic etc. |
