Day 1 Down successfully, 20 to go

Good evening, All:

1 day down, 20 to go. Really hungry this evening, not a good time to go food shopping but I did and managed to not buy anything not on the approved foods list. Took multivitamin also.

Let's see what tomorrow brings. Really want to fit into a nice dress for the wedding on 9/27.

If you are hungry have something to eat. A fat/protein snack. If you haven't gotten your 3 cups of veggies in maybe a salad as well. Keep up the great work!
