Hi ladies,

New here, I lost approximately 70lbs on Atkins before but gained it all back with my third son. Now its time to get it off!!!! I started on September 1, 2008 and so far its been good. I lost all cravings for sweets etc. My son's first birthday was last night and I didn't even have a second thought about the pizza or cake that was around me. YAY! I have however not looked at the scale. I always get all jumpy if i haven't lost enough etc. I went through the headache stage and all is good. Good luck to all of you on the wonderful journeys
