Also list your stats...age..height..weight and goal...that sort of thing. Great work so far! Read the book and the stickies about OWL and consider moving up the rungs.

| you can also tell if you're in ketosis when you get "ketosis breath". you'll know it when you have it. |

| Are you exercising? If you are, the answer could be very simple... muscle weighs more than fat. You can still very likely be burning the fat away and replacing it with the good stuff... muscle. You would be shrinking in inches, and maybe not losing any weight at all. If you are eating right, and getting your exercise, the weight will start dropping again. But, just to be sure, how about posting what you're eating on a normal day, and how much you have to lose to be at goal. Oh, and congrats on that 15 lb loss already!!!! That's great!!!! |
