| I just found this recipe online today. I think making it at home would beat all the frustration of finding one that does work. I make this ranch dressing:
I am not sure who posted it...so I apoligize to it's creator for not giving credit where credit it do.

| I'm on day 11 of induction and each day it seems like there is a new "surprise" in my food! Like yesterday I was halfway through a bag of pork rinds while traveling and looked at the ingredients which clearly stated brown sugar as an ingredient!! So we live and learn each day at a time... No matter what the nutrition label says....READ THE INGREDIENTS! |

| So true. The other day I bought some mayo that looked carb friendly and when I got home I could taste something in there. When I checked the lable the third ingrediant was corn syrup. That stuff is in everything.

| That sounds really good and I'm going to make it this weekend. I've definitely noticed all the ingredients in the store bought dressings and I don't like eating all those chemicals. Thanks for the suggestion! |
