| I haven't been on the site in a few days...but wanted to thank all of you for your great suggestions and encouragement. I do eat cheese a lot. The shredded cheese I put in my eggs is just shredded from a block of cheddar. I am going to eliminate some cheese this week and see what happens. I am also going to up my exercise a little as well... my goal is at least 4 times/wk. I took measurements today...down a bit, not alot. I feel a little bloated... but that may be due to mother nature |

| LilysMommy, Good for you that you are already down 8.5 lbs and inches moving down too! That is great! It's hard to cut the cheese (LOL) out of the diet so much when it really adds great flavor to foods. I'm sure you can do it though. Great job so far! Keep up the good work! * I have a daughter named Lily too.
