Question Advice on menu.

Would love to have you guys read what my intake is for today and give me a few pointers of where I might be going wrong. I'm not saying I think I am......Just would like to check with some of you more seasoned Atkins eaters.
I have lost 16 lbs as of Saturday, I started on Aug 27th. So here is my menu for today.

breakfast = 2 fried eggs, 3 slices of bacon, decaf green tea 1 splenda

snack = bullion broth

lunch = 2 cups lettuce, ground beef, 1 oz cheese, sourcream 2tbsp, 2 tsp salsa

snack = pepperoni chips (pepperoni baked til crisp)

dinner = 1/2 cup raw broccoli, 2 tbsp sourcream with spinach mixed in, chicken breast, 1 Atkins revolution roll with cinnamon (dessert)

That roughly about what I eat. The only suggestion is to watch how much salt you are taking in (with all that bacon and pepperoni chips and bullion broth). And depending on how much fat you've got in the ground beef, you might try chicken breast with the skin on

I liked your menu. It looks good. And you've been doing so well on it.
I think perhaps you might want to vary your veggies a bit. Lettuce does not have much nutrition - there are many other veggies to choose from as well.
Perhaps some mushrooms with your bacon and eggs some times? Or red peppers - lots of vitamin C in red peppers.

I do get some bell peppers once in a while. But I was going for the roughage. I have been getting the 80/20 beef since I need to increase my fat intake. But most of my other meats are lean. Sometimes I cook them in butter to fatten them up and trim me down!
Also, this evening I decided to add the pumpkin puree almost 1/2 cup. I know it is high in carbs but it was heavenly! It was pure pumpkin, splenda, butter, 2tbsp of heavy cream and a bit of cinnamon and allspice (no sugar). My family of six all shared it. They loved it too! And I know something I will be having at Thanksgiving with no guilt.

I have decided to try out different recipes between now and then so I will have things for Thanksgiving that are good for me. I am going to try the cauliflower/faux mashed potatoes soon. Didn't like the Revolution roll so much. But I might try it in my waffle iron sometime.

I am definitely gonna have to be careful about the carbs though. 4.4 for just 6 florets! Yikes. I could go over in no time flat!
The pumpkin was good lastnight but I noticed I dropped from the deepest purple to the next color down. Don't know if that was from the pumpkin but that's what I'm blaming it on.
