| I became more regular. As with any change with your cycle you should go get checked just to cover your bases.

| Yes. I, personally, have always had irregular cycles. They are MOSTLY regular now, but I have noticed that if I gain too much weight, they stop. And if I lose too much weight too quickly, then I have them every 2-3 weeks for a month or two. (THAT'S fun.) I was 2 weeks late in August. I also re-started Atkins in August. I do think that changing your eating habits has an effect on your cycle.

| I'm more regular as well and my cycle is a bit shorter since starting Atkins. I also cramp a LOT less. I agree, you should get checked out
