| Don't weigh every day! Give your body a chance to catch up. If you are in ketosis, you are burning fat, it can't NOT happen. Focus on other things, how are you feeling? Did you find you are more energetic now? I always feel more clearheaded when I am off sugar, how about you? Keep drinking your water, and stay on course, and only weigh once a week at most!

| Thanks. I was just about to get worried. I feel great and want to lose but it can get hard when the scales don't move and others on the bullitin board seem to be dropping it fast

| Most of us find we might go days with no loss, then step on the scale and be 2 or more lbs down. The scale is not your friend, really. Make a pledge to yourself, put a sticky note on the scale even.. 'only on Sundays' or whatever day you plan to weigh!
