| I did not exercise the first 4 days. It took all my will just to drink water instead of toasting toast. It gets better!

| Do what you are able to do. Maybe rather than doing a regime you could just go for a walk.... I never really got atkins flu when I did it the first time so i'm probably being a bit harsh on you lol |

| I agree, just do what you can. Let yourself build up to your new WOL, also I always use chewable pepto tabs for nausea... works like a charm for me Hope this helps!

| I did what I could the first few days. Once my energy levels went up is when I started working out regularly. Best of luck. It gets better. |

| I had a short bout of induction flu on day 2. No exercise that day -- no energy. But other than that and intentional days off, I've been doing 4-5 days a week moderate intensity aerobic workouts (brisk walk) of at least 35 minutes. |

| Great news! Woke up this morning and I had no nausea no diarrhea! The best part? I lost 3 lbs!!! The flu is so worth it! Now I can start exercising! |
