| Wait to go!!! I'm on my 3rd week of induction too as I'm quite satisfied with the food I'm eating. I'm a sugar addict too so my plan is to stick to Atkins. I will eventually move to the next rung. Keep at it. You are doing great!!!

| Just so everyone starting induction knows, it took about 1.5 weeks before I started to notice the hunger and craving abate. I am not even sure that hunger is the right word. It took that long before I stopped wandering around thinking about eating and feeling like I NEED something. Of course, this type of hunger is not the sort that is satisfied by leftover steak! So yes, the food obsession is gone, at least while I keep eating properly!

| You are doing such a great job! I love how we are the same height, altho' you're young enough to be my daughter ! I'm so inspired by all the posts. What do you have for breakfast? That's my downfall, I love toasted tomato and mayo, with or without the eggs. Your exercise routine puts me to shame . Yoga alone, doesn't cut it, I need to do some cardio too. So girl, keep it up, keep us posted!
