| If you ditch the cheese and use clam juice instead of chicken broth, the cauliflower soup makes a good base for New England Clam Chowder (just add some clams!) or a Seafood Newburg soup (just add different seafood like shrimps, crab meat--the real stuff!, cooked firm flesh fish like cod, etc.)

| That soup sounds great! I will have to try it. I think I will use the frozen mix of cauliflower and broccoli together. I try not to have too many carbs but I have to try this. Maybe for lunch!

| This sounds so good, and I happen to have a big cauliflower in my frig. I think I will add celery and onion...and account for the carbs of course...

| Tried it today for lunch. It was yummy. The frozen mix veggies worked great (broccoli/cauliflower). It was pretty easy. I added a pat of butter to my cup and made it extra yummy! Thanks for the recipe!
