| Good for you. Keep it up. Did you try some exciting recipes? Trying to cook new things may create some more variety for you. Good luck with your next two weeks.

| So far most of the recipies I found include things that would not work on Induction - like tomato sauce or include more than a cup of "other vegetables" per serving. I'm having trouble finding recipies that completely fit within Induction. Maybe that is part of the problem with me getting bored.

| There are many nice recipes on this board. And then there is Linda's webpage. She stars all her induction friendly recipes. And she has quite a few really good ones. Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Home Oh I forgot to recommend this thread: Great resource http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...n-recipes.html (Never ending induction recipes)

There is nothing to stop you staying on the first OWL rung and adding several 5 net carbsworths of the vegetables till you are eating maybe 30 or 40 net carbs of your veg. Some people even use the veg rung of OWL in this way to discover their CCLL. Instead of using tomato sauce you can cook and puree fresh tomatoes - 5 ounces of which is about 5 net carbs. add seasoning to taste!!
