| Hard to say. You are not telling us how you are preparing these things. Are the cheeseburgers full fat ones? Do you eat the skin on the chickens. One thing is for sure you need to eat more veggies.

| Yes, your veggie carbs need to come up a bit and spread through the day. Easy way is to saute mushrooms or red peppers with your eggs, I like to eat red onion rings with hamburger patties....with a side of cherry tomatoes!

| Yes, your menu looks a little threadbare. Are you using oils or butter in your cooking. More veggies will be good as well. It seems as if you use all of your veggies at night. You will want to spread that out throughout the day. Myself, I eat veggies for each meal during the weekends, and eat 2 cups of veggies at lunch and 1 at dinner during the week day. I find that those veggies give me a little burst of energy during the midday slumps that I usually had. |
