| I was the same way, I would actually gag when I started to eat. You just have to look over a list of food and see what sounds tempting. For me it was homemade chicken salad. I lived off of that for awhile and then grilled chicken salads. Anything else made me just sick so I stuck with what sounded good until I got past it. Now I have a big variety of foods that I make and are all wonderful.

| Also find some calorie dense foods to help you keep your calories up. http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/index.html has some great casseroles that fit the bill. a side note...since you are very close to goal you should be climbing the rungs as soon as you finish with induction.

| I feel for you. I didn't eat breakfast until noon today. Just nothing sounds good. And I'm worrying the stuff I originally bought had nitrates. Then I bought new stuff and failed to realize it has a gram of sugar. Ugh. That alone has ruined my appetite.
