| you only have 20 to lose.. you should move up the rungs.. believe it or not it could be that you are not getting enough food - try the first rung .. its just adding a wee bit more veggies (5g of carbs) you have so little to lose that your body needs to adjust... |

| I AM ON MY 2ND DAY, SO I DON'T KNOW MUCH, BUT DON'T GIVE UP, YOU DID GOOD LOSE 8LBS , SO THAT WILL MAKE ME STICK WITH IT, BECAUSE YOU CAN LOSE IN 2 WEEKS. STAY STRONG AND KEEPING GOING. YOU CAN REACH YOUR GOAL. DEJA19 |

| My vote is to move up the ladder. Make sure you are getting your veggies in and drinking your water. Make sure you are not going over your allowances. Think back to the days you gained....did you have a high sodium day? Artificial sweetners? A new food? TOM? Exercising? All sorts of things can affect the scale. Take your measurements as they can be a better indication of how you are doing sometimes. It is known that sometimes you are losing inches even though the scale isn't moving. Stay strong. See you on the rungs!
