| pork rinds veggies and dip stuffed mushrooms zuchinni 'chips' (yum...addicting...use portion control) pepperoni in the microwave (high sodium potential here..use protion control) jelopeno poppers sandwich meat with a bit of cream cheese and a sprig of green onion..roll up. pickles

| I get natural lunch meat with out nitrites and put some mayo on them and sprinkle mrs dash then I quarter longwase a cheddar cheese stick as well as a clausin sandwich slices pickle and put it all together roll it up and yum!!!
