| Thanks to all you "oldtimers" who have been giving me advise. I'm on my third week of Induction, and it would have been sooooo much harder to figure out what to do and get started on this Atkins program if it wasn't for all of your help!!!
A question about spinach - I like to eat it and in the 2002 DANDR it is listed as an "other vegtable," but in the little Dr. Atkins journal it is listed as a "salad vegetable." Anyone know how to count it? | |
