| In one tablespoon of unprocessed wheat bran there are 2.3 g of carbs, out of which 1.6 g are fiber. Use Fitday to look for nutritional info: FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal Day 5... you mean of induction?

| All right, looked for previous posts of yours and it's induction. Grains are not allowed. Not only that they are not allowed on induction, but they are really the last thing you introduce in OWL (rung 9). Is there something I don't get?

| Assuming that holholhol is thinking of adding one tablespoon of plain wheat bran (the ground-up outer layer of a wheat grain) as suggested in DANDR to avoid/alleviate constipation, then the carb count Georgiana gave is fine. Of course if it is a cereal called 'Wheatbran' then you need to find the packet and look the ingredients and nutrition info up to make sure they are induction-legal.
