Hi! I am new here and I am surprised no one has replied to this! GOOD JOB getting back on a diet! You will do just fine. How did your first weigh in go yesterday?

Well done, badwabbit  It looks as if you lost 16 pounds in your 14 days induction which is tremendous!!Are you starting up the OWL carbohydrate ladder now or hanging around on induction for a while?

Thank you all! Yes, I llost 16 lbs on my 2 week induction, I think I will stay on it for a while, but I think I will weigh in every week now, the past two weeks were killin me not knowing what was up or down..hehe  I love this forum, it's very welcoming and supportive!

New to Atkins----DETERMINED! 
I looked at myself and said, "Thats it!! I'm not gonna feel this way anymore! I can do this!". I quit smoking cold turkey June of 2007 and felt much better, now I need to work on this baggage. So here I am, 12 days into induction and feeling great! I cant believe the energy I have! I walk every day.
