| Well done ![]() 10 pounds out of a total hoped-for loss of nearly 70 pounds is about 15% which is great going!! Unless you particularly want to stay on induction any longer I would suggest moving to OWL and adding more veggie carbs now and starting the great OWL experiment to find your CCLL.
