Alli?

I couldn't help but ask all of you what you think of this product. I have only ever done Atkins (never any pills or drinks ect.). Is this ok to use with Atkins? I'm thinking not being that it says its will take the fat out of your body faster. What do you think?

the two diets kind of conradict each other, so id say no you cant use Alli when you are on the Atkins diet ..

I tried the Alli pills once, and lets just say the results were less then glamorous....

Alli is the LAST thing you want to take when you are doing Atkins. If you followed Atkins and took Alli you would need to camp in the bathroom. I tried Alli a year or so ago and if I ate something with fat in it...oh my run the red lights and get to a bathroom quick!!! Atkins works all by itself (thank goodness).

Yup apparently from what i've heard you can to keep your fats below 30% daily. Atkins is a high fat diet and you should be keeping your fats at around 65% during induction. apparently the side effect is not pretty.

so this is probably one of the most embarassing things ever.. but i am gonna suck it up and tell you cause i wouldnt wish this on anyone..

I took Alli for about a week, the one day im sitting in my office at work and felt like a had to .... toot.... well my office door was closed so i didnt think too much of it so i let out a little fart, a few minutes later i felt a little strange so i stood up and realized that when i farted a bunch of liquid poop came out of me .. it was it was all over my beige pants it was all over my WORK CHAIR ... OH MY GOD i about died !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i mean seriously that was such a horific situatiion ....

i can just picture all of your faces right now .. and trust me its true and Alli sucks!!!!!!!

Well thanks for the feedback! I had a feeling it would be an issue with fat. I only read the outside of the package and figured everyone would be buzzing about it if it was something wonderful. I am sad to hear about your horror stories with this product but I am glad we are all her on Atkins.
