| Thank you both! I think that my biggest challenge is sticking with it when I'm not seeing the scale move. I stay the same for a while and then I start beating myself up and then run right back to eating the way that got me to this weight. |

| There is a no-scale challenge. Maybe it is for you. Helps to get a more healthy relationship with that nasty little measuring device
