| Mexican food usually does not contain any hidden sugar so i think you did great. I eat mexican food almost daily and i love it because if you take out the rice/tortillas/beans it is very low carb. I cook my own food most of the time so i know whats in it, but if you eat out stay away from the carne al pastor (my favorite that i cant have anymore) because its marinade contains pineapple.

| As determined said, you probably have not gone far wrong with your choices - well done! If you did overdo the sodium there is really nothing you can do about it now - so stop worrying, maybe step up your water and keep up the good work sticking to plan
