| You only eat enough to satisfy your hunger. You do not eat to stuff yourself. If it takes 1 pound of crab legs to satisfy your hunger, then that's what you eat. If it takes 2 crab legs to satisfy your hunger, then that is what you eat. By the way, these have to be real crab legs, not the fake kind.

| When I need to know what the carb/fat/calories ect. content of anything and everything I eat I use fitday.com and calorieking.com . Crab is good eats, but listen to what Megs said and eat only real crab....and do eat that salad too because keep in mind that you need 12-15 net carbs to come from your veggies =) Happy Eats! |
