| At places like Whole Foods or Central Market, you can also find Psyllium Husks (no sugar or artificial sweeteners) in the bulk section... usually in the canisters rather than the giant bins for rice and beans. Also much much cheaper than at the pharmacy. Stephanie |

| I buy the Bob's Red Mill brand and they carry it at my local grocery stores in the baking isle.
