Hallmans' Mayo doesnt have sugar, only 1g of carb per serving.
but i live in Canada, i heard some nutritonal info can differ from Canada and the States.

If you are in the US south, Duke's mayo is sugar free. It's the only one I know of.

Hellman's has sugar in Canada as well as the US.

In America, the ingredients listed (as of 2002) are: Soybean Oil, Whole Eggs and Egg Yolks, Water, Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Natural Flavors, Calcium Disodium Edta Used To Protect Quality.

In Canada, the ingredients (as of 2002) are: Vegetable Oil, Water, Liquid Whole Egg, White Vinegar, Liquid Egg Yolk, Salt, Sugar, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Spices, Calcium Disodium Edta.

People used to the American brand of Hellman's tend not to like the Canadian version.

In America, Hellman's is called and sold as "Best Foods" brand west of the Rockies, but it is the same mayonnaise.

Kraft Mayo is less than 1 carb per serving. I think you'd be fine using this brand.

I live in Northern VA and found it at Bloom which used to be Food Lion. On Duke's webpage they also say that Walmart has it. I bought some yesterday. I've been eating egg salad and tuna salad with regular mayo all week and have probably only lost a pound. Not sure if the mayo had anything to do with it but I've consumed my weight in mayo prior to buying the right kind lol!
My store only had a small container and it was $2.50. Meh.

If you have a Trader Joe's in your area, their brand of mayo contains no sugar.

I found a mayo that doesn't have carbs and sugar, if anyone has the brand always save in there grocery stores, it doesn't have sugar listed in the ingrediants and has no carbs, so I think that is safe, annddd I know we are supposed to have plenty of fat along with protein, just exactly how much mayo can I have now that I have this one that has neither carbs or sugar?
I also went into ketosis lastnight WOW you are right about energy surges, I was a bizzy bee today And I feel alert and wide awake, and my appetite has decreased a lot, I had a brisket omelette with 4 eggs for breakfast and its now 3 and my stomach hasn't growled once.
