| Not exactly sure, but perhaps you had a reaction to too abrupt a systemic change... Just a guess, but had you been getting your full 20 g's of carbs in and eating liberally of induction foods, (2-3 cups veggies from the list, plus meats and fats, per the list in DANDR)? Also, were you drinking LOTS of water? Have you had multi vitamin and mineral supplements??

| You should have been eating veggie carbs all along and drinking lots of water. Sometime if individuals eat an unusual amount of protein, they can have "loose stools" and that can cause a rash. My suggestion is that you discuss it with a physician since no one here is licensed to diagnose. It may be helpful for you to post your menus for review to determine if it is the balance of protein, fat and carbs contributing to this issue.

| No reaction like that here....have tried this a few times...sorry...I would talk to a Dr --maybe they will say this is "common" or at least happens with SOME people.... Is your skin normally sensitive..?? Sorry... |
