Could this be Induction flu?

Hi,

This is my 10th day on induction. I got the induction flew but after the 4th day felt great! However, starting today I feel so sick. I feel like I have to vomit, I keep getting dizzy spells, and kind of feel like im in a dream? I ate a low carb tortilla today with cheese to see if that would help me feel better but no luck. I have been drinking all my water also. Has anyone experienced this? this feels like morning sickness...However, I know im not preggo. Please help!

Also, I have only lost 8.5 lbs the last time I did this I lost 14 by now. However, every morning that I wake up, I can actually feel the inches coming off. I thought this was all in my head but my clothes are fitting looser and the tape measurer said so. Does anyone know why this would happen this time around instead of the scale moving? how is it possible to lose 4 inches but only 8.5 pounds. Thanks for your help! you are all very encouraging!
