| I think we are in a similar boat, I am a huge carb addict, honestly why I like this diet. I can't just have a little of pizza or pasta, I always seem to go overboard. After a few days I know that if I stick to Atkins it will be a breeze to follow. Wishing you lots of luck, hang in there!!

| I'm like that as well - if I get a TINY bit of leeway (oh, you can have a wheat product or two, here & there), I will test my limits and invariably go overboard. And then, of course, I get fat. :P~ The first three days are always the hardest part (well, the first week really, if you're suceptible to the whole induction flu thing), but once you're over that hump, you can congratulate yourself, cuz it's MUCH easier after that!! |
