| Hi 2big4mysize, Thank's for clearing this up I've been confused about this as well. So many changes were made regarding cheese over the years since I was on Atkins myself - if I remember from the book that had been passed down to me from my mother about 7 years ago cheese was a "free food" and macadamia nuts were allowed on Induction! Of course now the diet has been refined in so many ways - for the better Peter |

| As the great Mya Angelo saying Oprah is always quoting goes When you know better you do better. Dr Atkins learned from his patients and those that wrote to him and called his Center that portion control of those two foods wasn't what he had thought we would all be able to achive on his program so he just created portion control for us and made changes. As he said he picked under 20 because over 90% of the folk starting his plan would in 14 days have a successful weight loss doing his induction program. Happy low carbing

| Isn't there a rule that if it ends in cheese, then it's cheese. But if it ends in product or spread or something then it's not cheese? Just wondering if that's true (would make things alot easier for me)?
